I loved how just about everyone greeted with a smile. Loved to talk to you and went out of their way.

There were a couple members of the staff that would make me uncomfortable. They would just stare at me. I would greet them and they would not respond.

No crowd control during breakfast. How do you control that? Rude customers from Nuevo Laredo. Such an air of entitlement and they don't care who they bump into, cut in front of, and they park everywhere blocking sidewalks and handicapped ramps. Staff needs to keep an eye on that. I saw several elderly people struggling with their bags because of the NL people driving like they're still in Mexico!

This place was just a strong match for a weekend escape in Laredo with reasonable value. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, which helped us settle in quickly. I'd recommend arriving early to enjoy the amenities.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options each morning. The Happy Hour offered a good selection of beverages that enhanced our evenings.

Some maintenance issues in the room were unexpected.

Hotel was impeccably clean and fine with amazingly attentive staff and marvellous location in an Embassy. Location: the property was just off the mall and Laredo for a long business trip and restaurants. Btw, we admired Mall Del Norte, based within a close distance from the hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff provided quick service at the bar. I appreciated the convenient location near local attractions. It was a pleasant visit.

Spacious and Convenient with Great Breakfast Options

The room was spacious, nice for comfortable family gatherings, and the breakfast had a made-to-order omelet station that was a hit with everyone. The bathroom could have used more thorough cleaning, as there were minor issues overlooked .

We had a great time checking out the local sights, like the art museum and the vibrant downtown area. Just a heads-up, the water can get warm, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. Totally recommend it for group trips!

Unfortunately, we did experience some issues with the food service. We waited quite a bit for a simple order at the restaurant, a bit frustrating after a long day of exploring. Not cool when you're hungry!

I recently stayed for 4 nights in a spacious room with a comfortable bed. The made-to-order breakfast was amazing, and I loved the separate living area with another TV. However, the service at the bar was slow at times, which was a bit disappointing.

Had a pleasant one-night stay here while exploring some local attractions. The breakfast with the omelette station was a real highlight, and the salmon I had at the bar was surprisingly delicious. The staff were efficient in attending to my needs, ensuring a comfortable experience. I did notice that the pool area was in need of better maintenance, as there were some floating items both days.
